Use an address or parcel number to screen two published licensing-map questions: whether the parcel appears in Millcreek's June 2026 short-term-rental layer, and whether it touches the published 400-foot buffer around another listed property.
This is a screening result, not an official license, eligibility, distance, approval, or denial decision. Confirm with Business Licensing.

Before applying
Millcreek's current Business Licensing page says a short-term-rental property must be the applicant's primary residence and requires a state sales tax certificate. It also lists a site plan, rental inspection checklist, compliance declaration, and business-name verification when applicable.
Review the official requirements and application link before relying on this screen.
